I have been thinking about tattoos a lot lately…
The other day I thought about the possibility of getting a small picture of Winnie The Pooh tattooed somewhere.  I mean, I grew up on A. A. Milne, and the majority of my moral code came from those stories.  He was the best friend I had when I was a sad little child, and I owe him a lot.
I sketched this up this morning on the tablet.  I really think I am going to go through with this one day…

Carrying on from my tattoo thing lately…
I have been sketching this one over the last couple of days for my boyfriend.  When I first met Patrick back in high school his ‘thing’ was that he would always carry a small-ish guitar around and just play.  All the time.  That guitar has since been smashed and I sometimes feel that Patrick’s spirit was smashed with it.  So, I found my favourite photo of him and his guitar and drew up a small design.  The blackbird is representative of the Beatles song Blackbird that he performed at a recital once that made my heart sing.
He is my little blackbird. x
